Photography & Photobooth Services

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, online galleries, photobooth galleries, digital downloads, and print purchases. By using our website, booking our services or purchasing products through our Pixieset gallery/store, you agree to the following terms.

2. Photography & Photobooth Services

By booking photography or photobooth services with us, the client agrees to provide accurate booking information and ensure appropriate access to venues and locations where services are to be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations involving unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

Purchased digital images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Personal use includes:

Sharing with friends and family
Posting on personal social media accounts
Printing for personal display

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share files for commercial use
Submit images to publications, competitions, or vendors without written permission
Use images for advertising, marketing, or business purposes
Apply heavy filters, edits, or alterations that misrepresent our work

Copyright and intellectual property rights remain the property of the photographer/company at all times under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

4. Prints & Physical Products

Prints and physical products are fulfilled through professional print laboratories.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate colour reproduction and product quality, slight differences may occur between screen displays and final printed products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Replacement products may be offered at our discretion where faults are confirmed.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

5. Photobooth Galleries

Photobooth galleries are provided for personal guest use and event memories.

Guests may download and share images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Gallery Availability

Online galleries and download links may only remain active for a limited period.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files promptly upon delivery.

We are not responsible for the storage, recovery, or replacement of files after gallery expiration or deletion.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds will be issued for:

Completed photography or photobooth services
Delivered digital files
Custom or processed print orders

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality services and preserve image files, we shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:

Equipment failure
Venue restrictions
Guest interference
Severe weather
Internet or platform outages
Third-party supplier delays

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or loss, liability shall be limited to monies paid by the client.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Client information is used solely for:

Booking administration
Communication
Gallery delivery
Order fulfilment

Your information will never be sold to third parties.

10. Use of Images

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competition, and promotional purposes.

Clients may request in writing that images remain private.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
